1. Seller and scope
Digital products on https://thefirst.pro are sold by Zordon Intelligence sp. z o.o., Łódź, Poland, KRS 0001190915, NIP (VAT ID) 7252358503, REGON 542545843, email: hi@zordonintelligence.pl.
These Terms govern sales of PDF files (The First 10 — Starter and The First Workbook — 30 days) to consumers and businesses. Using this site means accepting the Terms in force at the moment of purchase.
2. Product and delivery
The product is digital content — a PDF file you print at home or fill in on your device. There is no physical shipment.
Delivery is immediate once PayPal confirms the payment: the file is available on the confirmation page and in the PayPal e-mail receipt. Files are not encrypted and do not expire.
You need a browser or PDF reader; printing requires an A4 printer. Technical requirements are on the buyer.
3. Prices and payment
Prices shown are gross and include VAT where applicable. The currency depends on the language version: PLN, USD or EUR. The price that binds is the one displayed on the PayPal checkout page at purchase.
Payments are processed by PayPal (PayPal Europe S.à r.l. et Cie S.C.A.). We never see or store card data.
Need a VAT invoice? Send the billing details with your PayPal transaction ID to hi@zordonintelligence.pl.
Prices and promotions may change; changes never affect concluded contracts.
4. Withdrawal right — digital content (Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m))
A consumer normally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For this product that right does NOT apply.
Basis: art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and art. 38 point 13 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act — the withdrawal right does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium where performance began with the consumer’s express consent before the withdrawal period expired, after being informed of the loss of that right.
Consent is explicit and precedes payment: you tick “I consent to immediate access…” before the redirect to PayPal. Ticking it is your request for immediate delivery and your acknowledgment that the withdrawal right is lost. The consent record is the timestamped PayPal transaction.
This does not affect your rights where the product is faulty or not as described — see section 6.
5. Licence
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use: view, print and fill in the files for yourself.
Resale, public sharing, publishing the files or their excerpts online, and any commercial use require our written consent.
Coaches and therapists may use the materials with individual clients only after buying their own copy.
6. Complaints and conformity
If a file is incomplete, corrupted, unreadable or not as described, e-mail hi@zordonintelligence.pl with your PayPal transaction ID.
We answer within 14 days. Where the complaint is justified we replace the file, reduce the price, or refund in full — in line with consumer law and your choice.

7. Nature of the content and liability
THE FIRST is an educational social-skills training programme. It is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical advice or a healthcare service, and it does not replace professional care.
We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the content or for exercises performed against the instructions. Our liability is limited to the price paid; this limitation does not cover intentional harm or personal injury.
All exercises emphasise respectful communication, immediate acceptance of boundaries and positive social calibration.
8. Personal data, cookies and analytics
Processing is described in the Privacy Policy at /en/legal/privacy/.
Cookies are used only for essential operation and, with your consent, Google Analytics 4 under Consent Mode v2. Without consent no analytics script is loaded.
9. Governing law and disputes
The contract is governed by Polish law. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence apply and are not limited by these Terms.
Consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
10. Changes
The Terms in force at the time of purchase apply to that contract. Changes take effect on publication and are never retroactive.
